Quality inspection at Neuhaus

Vision technology enables the fast and accurate inspection of chocolate for quality. Using advanced camera systems and AI, defects such as shape deviations, air bubbles, and color differences are detected. This ensures consistent product quality and increased efficiency in the production process.

Case description

At Neuhaus they want to check the filled molds with chocolate. The molds are first filled with liquid chocolate and then leveled to remove excess chocolate. During leveling deviations can occur such as streaks, pits or the filling showing through.

Our vision system checks the quality of the smoothing, so that any imperfections are detected in time. This allows us to guarantee that all pralines have a nice, smooth bottom. The system ensures constant quality control, so that each praline meets the desired standards.
